Arrived Saturday at 2:00 (Delta out of JFK) - 20 minutes early. There were no planes ahead of us. Breezed through immigration in about 20 minutes and was on my way. I just had carry-on and have no idea how long people had to wait for their luggage. Seems like the whole process is a crap-shoot depending upon when your flight arrives.
