Sailing from St. Martin to Guadeloupe in March. Trying to get updated info from locals on these islands and those who have traveled on these islands, including Nevis and St. Kitts. I've been to the CDC website, info is too vague.

I have a home on Nevis and can tell you the C. virus is not a major issue on St. Kitts, Nevis or Antigua. Take normal 'bug prevention" precautions and you should be fine.

Chikungunya is everywhere in the Caribbean. It has largely run its course, meaning that the recent epidemic is winding down. The reason the info is vague is because you should take the same precautions all the time. DEET is your friend.
