I would look at any of the electronics shops in Philipsburg.
Some of the stores on Back Street might be an option also. It depends on how much you want to spend.

When it comes to optics you'll get what you pay for. agreed. So cheaper is NOT "the better."

Not sure why the OP specified inexpensive, but they did, twice. Perhaps they are looking for a piece to use for just this trip, because they left their good binocs at home. P'burg is the place to be, probably Back Street.
