According to Jeff Berger's newsletter, the new arrivals facilities will NOT be open in quarter two, as they have been promising for forever. Allegedly, it will be August now. ...or probably after that, if history can be believed.
Edit--Actually, I think September would be a good time to reopen it--a full SEVEN YEARS from Irma..

lcote--who knows? Scuba--he says it was from a source. In this case, I believe it, as nothing else has been on time yet.
