Of course I'll jump in to re Apple Bay.Your have Sebastians and the wonderful Sugar Mill at the east end of the bay with two great restaurants.Over the hill you have Long Bay Beach Resort and Tropical Fusion..and you are a short drive, decent hike from Smuggler's Cove..so perfect with Patricia's Beach bar. You can stay at either Sebastianas or The Sugar Mill or rent a place right on the water..that includes my place and several others.. Over the hill, a short drive,is Soper's Hole with Omar's for great fusion cuisine, especially Indian and Pussers for their pub fare. There is also Admirals Pub open later in the day for really good pizza..BTW its TortOLa.Check Airbnb and Tripadvisor for private villas and rentals..
