If you look at the large weather models (ECWMF, GFS, ICON) there is indeed some high cloud and clouds possible in the forecasts for that period. The precipitation is still forecast to be light, but the 23/05 is about all that is reasonably accurate. See https://www.windy.com/-Clouds-clouds?clouds,2024052206,19.332,-63.765,7 for an animated cloud and rain forecast in visual form. The synoptic chart shows development - but the 27th is just too far away for even the best models/supercomputers to accurately forecast now. I'd wait until the 22nd before making alternate plans to ensure that everyone at the ceremony remains dry; and the high-level clouds will help prevent heatstrokes and sunburns
I'm in Sint Maarten now, and with barely a hint of wind and no high-level, mid-level and few wispy low-level Cu's it is
VERY HOT HERE.
