Some of the BVI websites show a "*5:00 pm** STT >> Road town, last of day, Ferry option. (with *** asterisks*** on website)

Is 5:00 pm always an option, especially mid week?

Or, is 4:00 pm more accurate as the proverbial last train to Lisbon?

The asterisks mean that the ferry sometimes does not run or basically need to call and confirm the day before if that ferry is running that day. Some alternate the week it runs. It just shows that there are special conditions with that ferry at that time.

Cruising the local waters here in SC and GA. Love the BVIs and miss the Tradewinds!

The risk of it not running is also greater in low season.

I'm taking a 5:30 ferry STT to Road Town this Friday with Smiths.
