We'll be renting a 4br villa/condo and have cars. Hope to be a short walk (5-10 min) or quick drive to a nice beach. Are there areas/neighborhoods to recommend? To avoid? Do beaches have bars/restaurants that rent chairs and umbrellas like Orient and Mullet on SXM? Thank all.

I was told Marriott Stellaris Casino, but $$$$$$$$ omg! Been years since we've been, but thought we'd go back, yikes! Back then 35 years ago stayed at Americana, but no longer there...was a great stretch of high rises w/beach bars, etc. Now where? wow.
