What's happening at the Soggy Dollar Bar? They've had a plastic fence on the beach in front of it for a couple of days. https://www.soggydollar.com/webcamUpdate: Noticed on their website they will be closed until October 2nd - a seasonal closure.

Looks like they are simply fencing off the bungalows maybe to do some work on them.

They closed on August 30 for the usual peak hurricane season break I suggest the fence is to discourage people for using their space whilst closed

Shame you cannot read what the sign on the fence says! Probably that "We will be closed until (insert correct date here) - Come Back Then!" lol
