OP MT13 Traveler Joined: Apr 2014 Posts: 8 Bourbonnais, IL	Does anyone have any information on this new building next to the Boon’s #16 Beach Front Villa? I have been told it will be a new beach bar & restaurant but Have no further details.

Whale Tail Traveler Joined: Mar 2020 Posts: 1,200 Likes: 49 Ontario Canada	I read a FB article from the Nature Foundation Sint Maarten posted yesterday that they have been investigating this since September. They are trying to figure out why a permit for a "temporary structure" on the beach is requiring foundations with rebar. The Nature Foundation says that onsite personnel have been instructed not to allow Nature Foundation people on site and are not allowed to take photos. Sounds like "business as usual on SXM" to me.
