The Royal Islander annual maintenance fee for a 1 bedroom suite rose to $1047 for 2025. This is an an increase of $30 or 3% over the 2024 fee.

Never happy about a price increase lol, but given inflation ... And it's still one of the lower MF' s for one of the nicer timeshares. Also I doubt you could rent anything decent for that pride anyplace on the island - and thanks for the update
