Arriving SJ on JetBlue then taking Cape Air to VG….separate tickets….can we go straight to our cape air gate without going back out to the cape air desk and thru security?
We will only have carry on.

Yes...I assume you are coming from US to SJU. Jet Blue is Terminal A

With only carry on, yes.
If you have checked bags you will need to leave to collect.
