And if you like the chicken roti at Flash of Beauty you have to try the lobster roti. One of the best things I have ever eaten, anywhere.

Wow, we’ve been to Flash of Beauty lots of times for daytime drinkin’, but never ate there. Can’t wait to try it next trip. FWIW, I had an unexpectedly great chicken roti last month at Myetts in CGB. And the rice side that accompanied it was the best rice dish ever. Wish I could figure out how they made it.

Myett''s has a new chef and new menu and the food is really good..again. Have not tried the roti yet but the fettucini alfredo is top notch. "Tramonti", The Sugar Mill Beach Bar, does a very good chicken roti..and even offer a lobster variant..

Another vote for Flash of Beauty. I also had a very good chicken roti at the Loose Mongoose a couple of weeks ago.

Of all the Caribbean dishes I find roti to be consistently good and therefore hard to pinpoint a favorite..I dont remember tha last time I had a bad one..Now on island pizzas there are some real horrors and a couple of really good ones..but that's a thread for another day..should I start it?
