While the entry form seems to be a topic, who collects it when you get there or is it connected to your passport info and just part of the scan in process? 21 days but who's counting.

All electronic, I am sure tourism purposes or even immigration.
Wait until you find out what you'll need to fill out to visit Europe starting sometime in 2025!

Nobody collects the form upon arrival, it's connected to your passport scan and away you go to wait for your luggage.
