Heh:

How busy will the Tortola restaurants be next month on Feb 14th - Valentine supper (Friday night)? I didn't know if the locals celebrate this, etc. Part of our crew has reservations and part "not".

Definitely make reservations, especially for places like "The Sugar Mill" that has been booked solid recently.All local places like folks to reserve...and CANCEL if you cant make it.
So many people have been stiffing places not showing with reservations that expect to see a deposit on reservations next season...sad to see folks turned away while a restaurantt holds a table for 8 no shows.

My advice..book now.The Sugar Mill is already almost fully booked.
