I just thought I'd check the website and book a visit this Spring, but a banner pops up over the website home page stating that they are permanently closed for business. See for yourself. https://www.desertsunresort.com/Oh well. That was a great place and we'll miss it. Seems the only reliable nudist venue we use now is our boat on the lake.

Aren’t some of those units privately owned? If so, what do those owners do. See-saw. Nude, textile, nude, closed.

Well, that's a bummer. Anyone know if there other clothing optional resorts still open in Palm Springs. We reminisce about those great visits to Desert Sun and Le Petite Chateau, both now closed, sadly.

just be aware, Sea Mountain Inn is NOTHING like the old Desert Shadows/Desert Sun Resort.
It's very small, no space, one small pool, no restaurant or fresh food options, a little bit grimy and public lifestyle activities encouraged.
NOTHING like Desert Sun was other than nudity is allowed.
