We stayed there a few years ago. As far as I know, all are individually owned and the condition of individual units varies WIDELY. Suggest you look for reviews of the particular unit that you are renting, unless you are looking at it as a timeshare. Frankly, if you're getting it as a t/s exchange, DON'T take it. As I said, you have no idea what you're getting and they don't have real t/s services there. Many or most of the people living there are year round residents, so it's not really a vacation vibe there. The exterior of the units is weird looking, supposed to have been futuristic I guess when they were built. Guana Bay is usually VERY rough, often not very swimmable, unless you like surfboarding, and there are no services on that beach. That area is very quiet and residential and it is a bit of a drive to be anywhere from there, with the closest thing being P'burg.
