Hi everyone, we are flying into Beef Island in three weeks. Does anyone have many tips related to the new online entry process? I believe you cannot complete the process until a few days prior, but I would much rather do it from home than fill out forms when we get there. Has anybody traveled down recently and can share a few thoughts about the process? Thank you so much!

Yes, 3 days prior max. By all means fill it out and print it, but also be prepared that it will not be looked at :-/

Excellent - thank you - and agree, the mood of the day or technology glitches may throw us a curveball, but I’m glad there is a pre-trip completion option.

MrEZ is right. They went from paper forms that they didn't look at to online app forms they don't look at. I guess it's more ecological. As long as they collect their $20 they don't seem to care.

Hi, is there a URL for the new online entry? And thank you for this post. I had no idea there was a new process.

From our experience, it is best to print your Sailclear departure and arrival notice for the BVIs. It speeds them up and avoids having to refill paper forms when they have computer/Internet/printer issues.

Just to pile on... I printed my form and also had it on my phone. Note that Immigration (the first window) doesn't want it. They only want to see your passport. I handed my paper form to the Customs guy and he looked at it and then asked for my $20 and that was it.
