I just learned of the passing of Conan from the Greenhouse. He had been with them for a VERY long time. I believe he was a native of Michigan.

He was a good guy. We first met him when he was in town at the location there, well before they opened in Simpson Bay.

Conan was a great guy, also knew him from way back. We always asked about him while eating at the Simpson Bay Green House, this year we were told he was back from St. Thomas. Being from the Mid-West we enjoyed rubbing him about the Mich. and Ohio State sports rivalry.

So sorry to hear of Conan's death. He was such a lovely guy. Had he been ill or passed away unexpectedly?

No idea. I saw him (I think) in August. He had a son working at the restaurant at one time.
