We're arriving on Monday, and I set up a rental car months ago and haven't heard from them in the past 2 months. I've emailed them the confirmation number to make sure everything is good to go, and they haven't responded. Should I cancel it and set up another? Should I wait till I get there and if they're not waiting for us as they said they would just go to a counter and rent one on the spot?

not sure who you rented from, but if they confirmed, they usually are there to pick u up.
we have been renting from our guy for twenty years, and dont think i have ever gotten a followup email after i reserved and confirmed.

Have you checked your junk folder? If nothing is there, why don't you try CALLING them?

Can you name the agency. Some do follow up with confirmation info and then right before arrival do follow ups. Others don’t
