Someone please tell him to provide a separate line for arrivals that completed the entry form before traveling to St. Maarten. Thank you.

Agreed, on both counts. Nice article and I wish him well.

I went to the Princess Juliana Airport website and submitted this request. Maybe if enough people do the same, something will actually happen. One can hope.

There have also been several comments to that extent on their Facebook page and others.

He sounds like a lovely gentleman and just what PJIA needs.

After the past CEO, I would agree.

I also encountered the "no line" for having filled out the form ahead of time back in Feb. It was a mess.

I did a "deep dive" and could not find him on social media platforms. I wanted to connect with him and ask him about some of the problems we are still having. Lovely article, storybook life and hard worker, now let's hope he can fix the problems of SLOW baggage retrieval and the glitches in the scanners!!!

Perhaps not being on social media platforms is a good thing. He is busy working and doing his job. I see him being a hopeful and positive change from the previous CEO.
