I know this thread was discussed before, but I can't seem to find it. We are leaving for the island in two weeks. (Can't wait!) Anyway, can someone please help us as we want to download and fill out the entry forms on line so there are no issues when we arrive. Thanks everyone.

One thing to remember put +1 in front of phone number for international. It's pretty easy to follow. If your town isn't there in list pick something close by.

Nothing to download and fill out. You fill it out online. No need for a copy. When you arrive you scan your passport and go to the next stop

Perhaps a dumb question, but if it’s just a married couple do we fill out individual forms or a group form?

Either/or. Most seem to have done it as two individual forms, but some have done the group form. Apparently, the group form is designed more for an actual tour "group", so I would normally recommend you do two individual forms.

We also did individual ones. Immigration was a breeze! Also, we exited our plane on a jetway. Can’t remember the last time that happened.
