Can anyone here confirm that you can still park at that parking lot on the top of the building, to go eat at La Patrona?

Yes you can. Just tell the attendant where you are going. Works for Aqua Mania excursions too.

So, we pulled up to that parking lot and the attendant said it was full. But he had us back up about 15 feet and go to a parking garage underground. It was pretty empty.
Dinner was wonderful, accompanied by a spectacular sunset. ...Of course, on the only night when I didn't bring my camera. Hollywood Casino afterwards wasn't so pleasant.
We head home today. I do miss my puppies!! It has been a wonderful trip. Not sure what the 'book' count is, but I think it was 6 or 7, including the one I'm on now. Will try to get the rest of the notes and pictures posted at some point. Driftwood and plane watching was a highlight.

I had fajitas and Eric had chicken enchiladas. I was surprised they did not have any beef enchiladas. Allegedly, we are supposed to have a jetway for leaving!  Plane coming in took off, a bit late, but hopefully they will make it up.
