I tried searching for Sky Explorer and Flying Dutchman and really didn’t find what I was looking for. The Flying Dutchman says for ages 7-64. lol Well, we are older than that. Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences to recommend which way for us to go?

I have done the Flying Dutchman. It is a fun experience. I am also above the age range that you mention.
I would recommend the flying Dutchman. Anybody on the ride should have mobility,. You sit in a chair and you are harnessed in quite well. The stop at the bottom has a slight jolt. Nothing to extreme.
There is a bar at the top of the ride and some people take a shot prior to taking the ride.

Thanks, as I read about what the site CariblLee sent, most complaints are the long wait they had. These were mostly cruise folks, which makes sense. We will definitely go a day, when no cruise ships are in. The cruise schedule on here would say Aug 21st, would be a good day to go. That will be our target date as long as the weather cooperates. When we survive, I will be back on here.🤞

That sounds like a good plan IF they are open that day. You might want to touch base with them online or by phone and confirm they are open.
