Great photos and report, as always, Tom. I presume that was early September given the amount of 'rafting-up' you had to do? Like you, we were unable to overnight at Hvar when we were there September 2024 and had to go on round to Stari Grad. I think it is pretty rare to be able to dock at Hvar Town in anything approaching high season as they don't accept advance bookings.

Bingo - You are right! We were onboard the last week of September. Season was definitely winding down but there were still plenty of boats and the water tolerable for swimming.
