Oh, your friend wants to know what restaurant to go to, to dine on lobster? Not associated with the boat question at all? If he wants grilled lobster, probably most people enjoy Lee's or Skipjacks the best. For lobster thermidore, Pineapple Pete or Antoine's in P'burg.
Actually your friend may be disappointed with caribbean lobster, as it is a bit different than what one would catch fresh on a boat off the coast of Maine.

When we ate there in October (Saturday before the storm and the Wednesday after the storm), it was 6:00 PM. We got there at 5:30 on the Saturday, and were too early, so we walked the waterfront for a half-hour.
