Has anyone tried using Ms.Penquin for any portion of their ready-made meal provisioning ?
Just curious - open-ended question - thoughts and opinions ? Perhaps never heard of her ? Perhaps ..... ?

Here's some copy/pasting from the invoice when we used them last May.
LASAGNA BOLOGNESE SKU PA3 Qty: 2 $49.80
EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA SKU V7 Qty: 2 $39.80
Items $89.60 Shipping $10.00 Tax $0.00 Total $99.60
(I think the $10 was a delivery charge to Sunsail). We had 8 people, and the above order, with some garlic bread and salad - this was a good meal.
FWIW, we will use them again in May.

When we stayed at Guavaberry some years ago, they had some 2-person size entrees in their freezer. We enjoyed the curry chicken very much. Can't remember if we tried any others. We looked for Ms Penguin in the stores on our trip this past Oct and none were to be found, so we didn't get to enjoy it this time.

We have used Ms. Penguin since at least 2011 once or twice a year. Our various crews have loved this food: chicken curry, ginger chicken, eggplant parmesan, mushroom lasagna, and caponta. We order on line and the frozen food is delivered to the boat at the specified time. Christianne is a wonderful cook and she has graciously accommodated special dietary requests for crew members.
The amount is ample for two good eaters. All monhulls can fit two entrees in the oven. Bread and salad with an entrée and a painkiller or two are a nice choice when you want to stay on the boat and do not want to cook. My only regret is that the mono freezers usually will only hold four entrees.
Sometimes Ms. Penguin's entrees are in the frozen food area of RiteWay Pasea, Harbour Market in Sopers, or Buck's Food Market in Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. This is a wonderful option if available. These markets should stock them more.
These entrees are not your average frozen dinners. They are worth every cent on land or sea.

We ordered several items from Ms. Penguin, and the desserts were a real hit! She also was willing and able to cook dishes for gluten-free and dairy-free diets. We will use her again!

We always enjoyed the dishes from Ms. Penguin. Only problem was that on the boats we chartered, the freezers were not cold enough to keep anything frozen for very long.
