As we commented when we posted our travelogue, in terms of our photography we seemed to have unusual challenges this trip with haze and a few overcast days, and consequently we honestly can say we’re not terribly happy with some of the quality of what we have to share as a result. In fact, we omitted several segments because of that problem. On the other hand, after much deliberation, we included some such as will be found in the section “A Walk along Orient Beach” even though we struggled to pull some of the establishments out of the shadows as we edited the images. It really wasn’t a good time of day to be trying to do such photos, but we felt there would be enough interest to warrant including them.

As usual, we’ve deliberately organized and constructed the presentation methods so that it’s an easy matter to skip photos and subjects which may be of little interest. In that regard, we do ask you keep in mind our audience goes beyond TTOLers, and includes many family and friends who very much want to see the photos of us that are included as we spent our time on St. Maarten / St. Martin.
