Any idea what the time zone difference is between Johannesberg and East Coast US?

It is like 7-8 hours if I remember right. We spent one day in London, change our watches to that, then J'berg was another hour different. This was in May.

I believe it's 6 hours when we are on day light savings time (spring ahead), and 7 hours on standard time. As in this time of year.
