No problem with 3PM arrival. You will have a choice of the RTFF at 4:15 or one and possibly two leaving 4:30-5:30 time frame.

Worst case is the 5:00 Native Son from Red Hook to West End. That seems to be the most reliable these days.

Go to Charlotte Amalie "Tortola Wharf" first to check whether there is a ferry leaving from there. Luggage might take some time to come out and then the taxis have you wait until they have the van filled to the max before the driver will take off. Do not believe the taxi driver that there is no ferry from Charlotte Amalie. The driver did that to me and there were 2 boats leaving and he only stopped there for me after a long argument. With the traffic to Red Hook you might not make the ferry. I would have missed the ferry from Red Hook.

3pm arrival and a taxi to the ferry dock leaves you enough time for your first Painkiller of the trip at the Petite Pump room upstairs (maybe even two.....). But buy your ferry ticket first....

Give Kevin Campbell a call or text about a week before your arrival and he'll make sure you get where you need to be. His # is 340-643-0025.
