This is the former Blue Cap Villa located in Pelican Key.It is spacious, nicely furnished with teak furniture and close to all amenities in the Simpson Bay area.Very reasonably priced and close to the beach, but doesn't offer a lot of privacy if that is a concern.

How close are the other villas? Is it somewhat quiet? Can we park 2 cars there? Any other info concerning rooms. Thank you

There is a Villa pretty close on the left hand side, I don't think anyone was there when we stayed there though. You can park two cars there, but you park outside the gate. We had no privacy concerns when we were there, and the veranda thing on the upstairs patio is amazing. When we would get home from dinner we would sit up there with a cocktail and watch the cruise ships roll in and out, amazing views!
3rd bedroom is detached from the main house, not really an issue unless it is raining I guess though. Pool needed re-painting/plastering when we were there. Pretty clean villa overall, would definitely stay again.

We will be staying at Pelican Beach Villa, the first week of November, 2015, but we seem to be having trouble communicating with Georges Kreiss, to the point that it seems like a scam. The photos of this place are beautiful, but is Georges for real. Also, did you deal with an Olga, once you got there? Patty (rab)

Georges Kreiss is real and is a doctor on the French side. What type of trouble are you having dealing with him. His English is not perfect, but he is completely capable of communicating with his clients. Olga may be the new manager there. We were met and given the keys by another manager a few years ago.We did meet Georges during our stay and had no problems at all.

Island Gem, can you tell me, is the beach accessible without water shoes, any access in/out of ocean there for a nice dip in the ocean? Thank you so much.

We did not swim there, but we saw others in the area swimming there every day. There were some places along that beach free of rocks, but I think like all the beaches, it changes from time to time.

I hope you realize this villa is not on the beach. Friends stayed there in Feb & the villa is beautiful but they did not use the beach. There are a lot of rocks although I don't doubt that people swim there. Did you consider the Flamingo? Some of the rooms are right on the water. I don't know if the Flamingo would be less expensive than BSV that I know other people have recommended to you. Good luck.
