For an airline that always had great service, great prices, and great scheduling....the days seem gone forever. I just checked to book our flights in mid March from FLL. There has never been any direct flights from Lauderdale to SXM for JB...but at least it wasn't a long turnaround time through San Juan. Now...the only flights they are offering leave FLL at 6AM....land in SJU at 9:30....ok not bad...but then the flight to SXM leaves SJU at 2:55!!!!!! That my friends is a 5 1/2 hour wait time for a 40 minute flight!!!
Guess JB doesn't want the SXM business from FLL!!!!!

There are other flights that go into SJ that need time so that it will be a proper connecting flight to SXM....just saying....

Eventually it will be FLL-SXM direct.
In the mean time, what days are you looking to fly? I know there is a flight that leaves later that would connect with SJU-SXM, but they don't fly it Tuesdays or Wednesdays sometimes.

saturday.....they used to have the later flight out of fll...they cancelled it a while back

And FLL-SXM probably won't be daily to start, just Saturdays. Hope it is daily though...
