Two things happened yesterday, one by choice, one by chance.

Our daughter is coming home so we are having an epic kegger party, for the party my son asked that a king sized Jenga be built...and it was done.( cut 2x4s to 10.5 inches and sand the ba-jesus out of them)

Went to the farmers market and there was a new truck there (fulton MD farmers market Saturdays). The name was Anegada Delight. So I struck up some limin' time. Apparently he is a native, of course knows everyone on the island. he is building some apartments on the west end of the island. Goat curry, oxtail stew, callaloo, jerk chicken, mac and cheese, peas and rice. and more..just like out of the trucks on the island. He fills up a styrofoam clam shell for 10 bucks.

I'll get his name next time, I always forget that part.

can't wait till' we get back in Nov.

Sounds great! Maybe you can post some pictures tomorrow? Here in Florida, the weather is kind of the ilons most of the year round! There is a mojito, with mint from my front porch, in my near future! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /><img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/toast.gif" alt="" />

It's HOT here in N. Michigan - supposed to be near 90 tomorrow. Ugh! (I like my cool lake breezes)
We were in the grocery yesterday and my husband was wearing an Anegada t-shirt when a woman comes up to him and say "Anegada is my favorite island." <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

Sounds like a fantastic party! I'm in Maryland too, Annapolis area. Where is Fulton? My invite must have gotten lost in the mail, can you re-send? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

Have a ball and enjoy the time with your daughter!

Oh Boo Hoo <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> I am living in San Antonio and I am hoping it'll get DOWN to 90! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> But I'll take our heat over Michigan weather anytime (grew up in Traverse City)....when I moved away from Michigan I said "If I shovel anything again in my life it will have come out an animal....not the sky!" <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

Ha ha Stoney! Our summers totally make up for the winters though (just gotta get through these 4-5 days of heat we have every summer)
