Yes, thought the same thing, but looking at the building still standing, I just think there is no beach right now, when the beach comes back, it should be fine, but considering that much beach does erode, i would have thought it better to build further back? But maybe there is no room

the new buildings look like they are going to be further back than where the old buildings stood.
