Michael at the Petite Pump Room on STT above the ferry dock - $2.50 for a bagel and cream cheese and the best champagne and OJ - between his humour and attention and the wonderful breakfast to start our day, we were well on our way to a wonderful vacation

Carolyn and Marvin at the Greenhouse in STT - both are waitstaff and go out of their way to assist and make certain you are happy, please ask for them by name and try to be seated in their sections, you won't be disappointed

Bunker Hill Hotel, STT, our little cheap inn for pre and post charters - Angela, Donna and Bevan go out of their way to ensure you are well looked after, complete with little pool and full breakfast and comfy beds and tiled showers (superior rooms are the best), and the view over Charlotte Amalie and 4 minute walk time to downtown is convenient, they are in the historic district and have been trying to buy up the buildings around them but the zoning regulations have impeded their plans

STT jewelry stores -

we always by Jon's mom earrings for watching our kids when we're away, we go right to Chalet D'Or on Main Street, best prices and we know they have exactly what we're looking for

TTOL provided advice on other jewelry stores for wedding bands/watches etc, and we lucked out with both Grand and Ballerina jewellers, the staff at both were superb, the prices were excellent and we are both enjoying our new purchases, we will visit all three of these jewelers on our future trips
