We just returned from our 7th trip. Every odd year we stay for 2 weeks. Once again we found 1 week isn’t long enough. We stayed at our timeshare at Belair – smooth check in & out – great service! Rental Car from Unity again – great as usual. Phone from Sharon – excellent service. Restaurants: Gingerbread at Belair – Good Conch fritters / soup Rosies ribs (& Caribs) at Mullet for lunch – great as usual Chesterfields for lunch (twice) – great calamari! Buccaneer Beach bar – excellent burgers Skipjacks for dinner – great blackened tuna special (my meal) but Mahi Mahi (wife’s meal) was not edible. We eat here every year & this was the first bad meal – We will return. Jimbos – good burgers. La Sucriere – Baggettes or croissants for breakfast on our deck & lunch on their deck (very good) -Bajatsu for dinner – excellent filet – best meal of the week! -Peg Leg – Great service from Shawn & great filet – best meal of the week (is that possible?) – new location is an improvement, especially parking. Weather was good. A bit overcast on Friday & cloudy on Saturday. Flights on US Air: Hartford – Philly – SXM - no delays. SXM – Charlotte – Hartford. 1 ½ hour delay leaving Charlotte due to thunderstorms Arrived home at 2:30 am Sunday (long day) Looking forward to next year!
