Just want to give you the hightlights of an incredible trip
We had 34 family members travel down for our wedding 16 family and friends on island for a total of 50.
Liz at Sugar Mill did an amazing job coaching me through the "wedding steps", I wanted something very non-traditional and she was so patient. She helped expedite all of the licensing issues she was so pleasant with some of my unusual requests and then so relieved when I came to my senses and went with her suggestions which were right on the money! The service was exceptonal, the appetizers hot and fresh, the coconut shrimp were phenomenonal! Just unbelievable. We then piled everyone into the Bouncer bus, Clinton was my husband's childhood bus driver so it was kismet to have him as the driver. Clinton was gracious and fun and brought us up to Bananakeet.
Chris from Bananakeet was incredible to plan with and made everything so easy, I work in food service so my expectations are high and Chris was awesome and Spice prepared every meal to perfection, the servers were attentive and fun. I insisted on having them all come out and be recognized and they were all so shy and gracious, but we really wanted them to know how much we appreciated everything. We went back for dinner several nights later and everyone was all smiles, so I think we behaved okay. I can not say enough about both of these places and their staff again I have been in food service for almost 30 years and I have not seen such incredible service and food for 50 people anywhere (not the Ritz, not the Charles or the Rialto not anywhere something is always off) then you add in the locations and I have to say how truly blessed we were! Some honorable mentions: Dede's car rental, again phenomenal service with dropping off and picking up 7 cars on different days and locations! Scott at Surf and Sail, the Moorings which rented us two cats for day sails! I have run out of adjectives! Fair to say we are extremely happy!
