Or Delta. Same price as Jet Blue. Both work.

Or, if still wanting AA because of FF tix or whatever, they do offer some n/stops based on time of year and day of week. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

pl,
As Carol suggested, go to the flight booking page on the AA website and fill in all the blanks, but remember to ask for n/stop only.
We are currently booked AA n/s for our April flight down but had to book JB home because no n/s was available. And while we originally booked AA n/s for November, they subsequently cancelled the flight and refunded our money so we, too, are doing the JB flights for that trip.
They seem to have cancelled their daily year round nonstop flights a few years ago and now offer them on a seasonal basis and even then, not sure they offer them daily but if you can be flexible, they are out there.
Or as others have suggested JB does have a daily n/s year round and Delta, too, offers some n/ from JFK but I think, much like AA, Delta's may also be seasonal. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

If you are keen on AA only then use the AA site as described. If you are open to other airlines that might also have N/S flights (that might actually remain N/S) then try ITA ITA software Put in N/S or whatever criteria you want and you will see all available flights from most all airlines. It will then link you to the airline website to complete the purchase. They do not sell fares themselves.

If you are flying out of JFK get nonstop! We did Delta down (LOVED them) and Jet Blue back. Originally we had non stop both ways for AA but they kept cancelling and routing us through Miami, so we cancelled flights and booked with other airlines.
