At the beach son told a man cooking food (don't remember name of place) that we had passed the White House and he wanted to know if the President was there. The man's reply was "Probably."

Hmmm, don't know how old your son was at the time but if he was there, I've got a pretty good guess who the President must have been...... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

GaKaye said: If there's no signage for either, how do you know the name of the restaurant? Not a smart-a$$ question....just curious! On island friends asked ask a local for the best Chinese food they said Carolina & gave directions. Each year we say we're going but since Chinese is not our 1st choice anywhere we leave it for last and have never seemed to have time left after all the great GC meals.
