I haven't been doing trip reports this time, but want to mention our dinner at Basilico. It is so worth trying. My husband had the gnocchi which are homemade and just melt in your mouth. If you like the heavy potato gnocchi, these are not for you. I had a pasta also, which was very good. We both "finally" had a glass of wine and they both were very good. BUT to top it off was the panna cotta ---better than Italy!
We went next door to Starz and I had a decaf espresso with a tiny bit of milk--excellent! Won $20 too!! I couldn't figure out how to play most of the machines. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" />

We have spent most of our days (one in Philipsburg) at Mullet---the water has been warm and CALM. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

We've enjoyed our meals at Basilico too. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" /> Also Mullet sounds perfect! Continue to have a great time!

Judging by a picture Teri and Rit put up somewhere - FB maybe - it's drop dead gorgeous and perfect - a definite 'Mullet kind if day.....' And it sounds like they've had a week of them so far...... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" />

Respectfully,

Great! When there is no cliff at Mullet and no waves, it is just about as good as it gets!

We've lived in Branford and now East Haven for the last 2 years. I tried to pm you but it didn't go through for some reason.
