Maintenance fee notice has been sent for 2016 fees. They have increased. Has everyone received their notice? Fees are due November 5, 2015.

Fees are due Nov 5, 2015 only if you want the discount rate offered. Increase over last year rate is about 7%.

I can't find the date fee is due if we don't submit by November 5, 2013. Do you have a date that fee is due if mailed?

I have emailed Sapphire Beach Club several times since October 7, 2015 and have not received a response. My calls result in numerous rings before I am disconnected. Has anyone else been able get a response from Sapphire?

To the original poster, next to Caravanserai there are probably more complaints about Sapphire than any other timeshare on the island.

Actually the rate for 2016 is the same as 2015. The 7% increase I mentioned is the 2016 rate compared to a discounted rate offered last year if paid by Dec 20, 2014.
