I don't know about anyone else but the article didn't really tell me much of anything. Does Lee still have his long term lease rights, if anyone knows......? He is such an institution in that location and I never did understand the other ruling, so I guess its just me. He gets to stay for the time being, as the ruling was that he had to vacate by May next year. I did read online that all eviction orders that have been issued since Sint Maarten became it's own country are invalid because the members of the rent committee were not properly appointed. What happens next is unclear, to me anyway.
