I don't know about anyone else but the article didn't really tell me much of anything. Does Lee still have his long term lease rights, if anyone knows......? He is such an institution in that location and I never did understand the other ruling, so I guess its just me. I agree with Pat, the article doesn't say whether he is able to stay in that location or not! It sounds like there is no decision as discussions continue and they need to split the legal costs.

He gets to stay for the time being, as the ruling was that he had to vacate by May next year. I did read online that all eviction orders that have been issued since Sint Maarten became it's own country are invalid because the members of the rent committee were not properly appointed. What happens next is unclear, to me anyway.
