Got some video of some training we did today with a US Coastguard Helicopter out of Borinquen. The Video show some pacing training ahead of Winching the Swimmer of Spirit back to the helo. Unfortunately I couldn't get any video of the actual winching as I was helping out but here's a couple of approaches under the helo. Video 1 Video 2
