If there are ships in it will be open, otherwise it is Wednesday & Saturday. If you are wanting fish, produce, etc., I would go on Wednesday or Saturday and go early.

I believe the vast majority of the stalls are open daily except for Sunday's, although the main market days with everything open are still Wednesdays and Saturdays as stated.

They were even open on Sunday recently. It was quieter then and lots of parking available.
