Does anyone have suggestions for one night stay in Antigua in May? have done this several times en route to BVI but not don't really want to return to anywhere we have previously stayed. Need to be able to acquire breakfast, either from the establishment or a nearby store as we will have to leave soon after 8am the following morning. Comfy beds and clean rooms are essential.

Try Windchimes which is very close to the airport.

Thanks Mark. That is one place we had thought of and haven't used previously. I think our main issue there, is we should arrive by 3pm, so what do we do for rest of day? Too far to walk to a beach I think, and we will want/need to walk after 10 hours on a plane. Also suggestions for dinner? Cecilia's or ??

It's a short taxi ride down to Dickenson Bay, for beach time. I would suggest Le Bistro for dinner, closed Mondays.
Cecilia's only opens once or twice a week for dinner, not sure what nights ? Le Bistro is on the way to Dickenson Bay as well but much closer to your B&B. HTH. There is a beach close to the B&B called Jabberwock, about a mile away again you pass it on the way to Dickenson Bay, no facilities though. HTH

Cecelia's opening times below.

Thank you so much. Not come across Le Bistro before, and Cecilia is closed on Friday evening (when we will be there). Previously frequented the restaurant on Dickenson Bay, Coconut Grove? Rather sweet as several years back I spent some hours with the small son of one of the waitresses giving him confidence in the water and helping him learn to swim (with her consent, of course). We revisited two years ago and she remembered me from some four or five years earlier!
Thanks for your suggestions. Will give them a try.

Enjoy. You won't go wrong with Le Bistro.
If you want to go further afield and if they are open in May.You should try Boxer Shack or Catherines Cafe for dinner. Both great locations and great food.
