Posted this a while ago on PeopleTalk...
This is a really old recipe...
but EXCELLENT on baby spinach greens with chopped hard boiled eggs and a little crumbled bacon...

[color:"blue"]Bully Boy Dressing
(MAKES ONE QUART)

1/2 small onion (minced)
1 1/2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup spicy brown mustard
1 small egg

Place all in blender and blend at [color:"red"]LOW speed until smooth.

Add 3 cups of salad oil (or olive oil, not Ex. Virgin) and blend [color:"red"]SLOWLY until just mixed.
[color:"red"]DO NOT OVER BLEND OR THE DRESSING WILL BREAK!

This dressing will break if over blended, but keeps well in the fridge for two months or so in a tightly sealed Ball Jar. (Or Lock n' Lock container)
It can be re-blended easily by a gentle shaking of the jar.

Serve over baby spinach leaves, topped with chopped hard boiled eggs and crumbled crispy bacon.
