We have tried Isola a couple of times (comped by the casino) and have not been impressed either time.
Not sure I understand the issue with getting a refund on the Sunset cruise?? I have been on Regatta spectator boats with multiple people sick. One time someone was sick before we got out of the lagoon! If the boat went out and completed the tour there would be no reason for a refund unless I am missing something. Please clarify.

Ok, sorry that is not how I understood it. Perhaps had you notified Aqua Mania ahead of time they would have worked with you. Not sure what the policy is but usually anything not cancelled prior to a specific deadline does not qualify for a refund.
I am booked on a Regatta spectator boat with Aqua Mania and the confirmation states a 24 hour cancellation notice for 100% refund and 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. No show-no refund.
Hope the person is ok now.
