Any suggestions on where to get a good price on a new dinghy and outboard in STT? Is it worth buying in STT over Tortola? Would it be better to sail over to Fajardo in PR to pick one up from a chandlery there?
Thanks!

There's a very reputable place in San Juan called Liferafts of PR and they handle Avons and Zodiacs http://www.liferafts-inc.com/Tel 787-723-3237 Ask for Jonathan or Mathew it's all in English so it's easy. They'll also send it via Tropical to STT if you wish.
