It's been several months since the courts sided with those fighting the Caravanserai/Alegria debacle. Anyone one out there in cyberspace know what has become of the court challenge or the current status of Alegria functioning?
I know the property remains open and is very light in bookings...

Just heard from Marty it comes to the court next month and maybe decided at that time
