We are trying to prepare salads similar to a couple we enjoy every vacation at the Tropicana restaurant in Marigot. Does anyone have a recipe or "how many ingredients can you name?"

What makes their salads so special? Is it the combination of the veggies?
The dressing? I have quite a few recipes that I've made but not having had them at Tropicana I don't know what they're like.
